Communication plays an important role in community activities, especially activities on raising awareness, changing attitudes leading to positive practices to solve health, environmental and socio-economic issues. Communication workers are an important link in conveying knowledge and communication messages to the community. The improving knowledge and skills for communication staff is very necessary and practical.

Attending the training were 60 community worker, including staff and leaders from IEHSD, Women’s union and Youth’s union belong Bac Tu Liem district and 13 ward under Bac Te Liem district. The training was organized with the contribution of lecturer Pham Minh Hoa- communication specialist.

In the training course, participants received communication knowledge and skills through powerpoint presentations, discussions on common problems in presentations and personal experiences to overcome them, practice developing communication content by topic and practice group presentations.
The participants were divided into 10 groups for participate development content of communication topics and group presentations.
Teamwork activities
After the training course, participant responded that the training course were helpful and met their expectation. The participant got useful knowledge and communication skills for their job. Most of participants said that the training course help them to be more confident when speaking in public.
